80th Annual Twelfth District Meeting


VENDOR REGISTRATION

The 80th Twelfth District Meeting will have an exhibit featuring a variety of Greek and Afrocentric vendors selling quality merchandise on all days. The vendors and the exhibit timeframes are listed below:

Thursday, May 15, 2025: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Friday, May 16, 2025: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday, May 17, 2025: 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Sunday, May 18, 2025: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Vendor Registration includes:

  • One 10'x10' exhibit space
  • One (2) tables
  • Access to the vendor area for two individuals

Vendors need to fill out a registration form asking for the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Business Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Point Of Contact
  • OPPF Vendor License Number
  • Other Organization License Number

In addition, all vendors are required to sign/date the Vendor Indemnification Form. Please download and email the completed form to bobfisherjr@gmail.com .
