Bro. Carl-Ray Guillory was initiated into the fraternity on April 20, 2019, through Rho Iota Iota Chapter in Long Beach California. Bro. Guillory is a 24-year retired Navy Veteran and is currently employed as a Technology Engineer with over 30 years of experience, specializing in Operating Systems, Virtualization and Automation.

Bro. Guillory has recently served 4 terms as Keeper Of Records and Seal for Rho Iota Iota Chapter and has served 3 years as the Assistant District Keeper Of Records and Seal for the 12th District. He was Rho Iota Iota’s Omega Man of The Year (2022) and Superior Service (2023). Bro. Guillory is the father of one daughter, Shaye, who is a Television Producer in Sydney Australia.
