Greetings, Brothers of the Massive and Progressive 12th District

The city of Sacramento awaits your arrival at the State Capitol of California. The Home of the Capitol City Ques. The Brothers of Epsilon Xi Chapter are excited to host you and your families for the 79th Twelfth District Meeting, May 15-19, 2024.

This will be the 3rd time in the last 20 years Epsilon Xi Chapter has had the privilege of hosting the 12th District Meeting.

The past hosting experiences and recent robust growth in Northern California will help us host a successful District Meeting. Epsilon Xi hosting the 79th Twelfth District Meeting will showcase operational efficiency, executing Omega business, fraternal fellowship, ongoing and rekindling friendship, hospitality, and fun for brothers, family, and community. We aim to strengthen Omega’s position in the community, our region, throughout the 12th, and in Omega land. Our goal of collaborating with D9 partners and community partners will enhance our status as a leading African American organization in Sacramento, CA., and throughout the 12th District.

Registration for the 79th 12th District Meeting is now open. Fees and registration dates are as follows:

Early Bird Registration – 2023 District Meeting On Site @ Anchorage, Alaska

Graduate: $155
Undergraduate: $50

Pre-Registration – May 16, 2023-Oct. 31, 2023
Graduate: $215
Undergraduate: $50

Regular Registration  – Nov. 1, 2023 - Mar. 10, 2024
Graduate: $265
Undergraduate: $50

Peak Registration – Mar. 11, 2024 - April 30, 2024 (Souvenirs Not Guaranteed)
Graduate: $295
Undergraduate: $75

  • No Early Bird transfers will be allowed.
  • Pre-Registration and Regular Transfers will be allowed.
  • No transfers will be allowed after April 30, 2024.
  • Chapter bulk registration at $185, maximum of 15 per chapter, cap at 100 bulk registrations
